We contracted Reeds Construction for a 48”x12” pole barn addition with concrete and to pour a concrete floor in our existing barn. The quality of work was top notch. Dean communicated with us himself throughout the entire project; he was here when he said he would be and he always left the work area cleaned up. We were so happy with the quality of his work that we knew he was our go-to-guy when it was time to do our roof. We contracted a second project for a steel roof and chimney repair in the fall of that same year, and the level of professionalism and quality of work held true for that job as well. Reeds Construction goes above and beyond in all that they do.

“Definitely a five-star performance!”
In the late spring/early summer of 2021, Reeds Construction did a project for my 94-year-old aunt on her home in Tawas City. The work involved replacing all the windows, installing a new patio door and a new door between the laundry room and garage, and finally, all new siding on the house.
Dean worked well with my aunt, catered to her concerns in a patient manner, and communicated with her so she could understand what was going on during the construction. The windows were done very well, with the new bay window in the living room being my aunt’s favorite one. When they did the siding, they removed the old siding, put in a barrier layer, and applied a layer of foam insulation which sealed and made the home more comfortable and energy efficient. No more drafts.
Reeds Construction did a great job on the home and moved through the construction process in an efficient and timely manner. The family was very pleased with the project and the professionalism displayed by this company, we highly recommend them for your building or remodeling projects. Definitely a five-star performance!
